Your customized Effingo reports come in PDF format and will document how many duplicate pages were in each set of medical-records.  Your reports will also detail which pages included duplicates and provide links directly referencing where they exist in your file.

Each Date of Service will receive 4 Final Reports:

1.) Details and Statistical Summary of Pages Reviewed and Number of Duplicates (text files vs images vs blank pages)

2.) Final Report with Duplicates Extracted

3.) Report Containing Extracted Duplicates/Blank Pages

4.)  All  reports abstracted, summarized and converted into text files for your medical record review convenience and reference.
